Shipping Period
These are the standard delivery estimates based on your location and the current shipping period. High order volumes or external factors beyond our control may extend these approximate timeframes. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these delivery timeframes and potential delays.

Notes
- For direct factories, processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume.
- Delivery timelines are estimated only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- High order volumes
- Natural disasters (e.g., floods or monsoon season)
- Weather conditions
- Peak sales campaigns
- Festive periods and payday seasons
- Our team will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order promptly, but we shall not be held responsible for delays beyond our control
- The driver will contact you prior to delivery.
- Working days doesn't include working weekend and public holidays.
Deposit & Safe Keeping of Product
Delivery must be taken by the specified date of order, after which the buyer will pay a fixed storage charge for at least 6 weeks. On expiry of the after period, Dr.Alstone shall reserve the right to forfeit all deposits paid and cancel the order.
Self Pick-Up
Customers who wish to opt for self pick-up must notify us and provide us with the order number or invoice at least two (2) working days in advance to allow sufficient time for product preparation and arrangement. Self pick-up is subject to product availability and confirmation from our team. Customers will be informed once the order is ready for collection. Pick-up will only be allowed within the designated date, time, and location provided by us. Orders collected without prior confirmation may not be released. Please note that failure to collect within the agreed timeframe may result in rescheduling or additional handling charges.
